International Shipping: Shipped via EMS Shipping usually arrives within 10 business days.
- After payment is received it will go through a 24-48hour processing period which starts the following business day (Processing period is exercised in business days). Once the Processing Phase is complete, please allow 5-7 days for arrival of merchandise.
- Customers will receive an email from freshurbanwear.com when their order is processed and shipped,and check on our on website tracking number system,customers will check tracking number too.
- All products are shipped from Hong Kong or China unless they are available on hand.

Returns - Refunds Policy By shopping at freshurbanwear.com you fully understand and agree to our Returns and Exchanges Policies. You are bound to follow it in the event of return regardless of the circumstances. Items must be shipped with UPS/FedEx/EMS included must be a tracking number and invoice you recieved with your package. If you don't have the invoice the item(s) cannot be returned to freshurbanwear.
Please note that all sales on freshurbanwear.com should be considered final sales and no cancellations of orders will be permitted. All items are mailed to the on file address and can only be returned with our permission and sole discretion.
Exchanges Although freshurbanwear does not charge buyers shipping (within the respected areas) separate from the cost of the item(s) paid by the buyer, however in the event of an exchange the Buyer must subtract the shipping cost incurred by freshurbanwear in sending the item to the buyer as well the buyer is fully responsible in paying for the shipping of the returned item(s) back to freshurbanwear. The rates of shipping that freshurbanwear is charged is 15$ USD which is non-refundable.
The return address is different based on your region and before even beginning the returns process we require that you pay the returns/exchanges shipping fee of 15$ USD. You must Contact Us for exchange or returning fee information. We reserve the right to reject exchanges for any reason.
If the method chosen by the buyer for returns does not include tracking or insurance the buyer agrees to assume the risk of the item being lost in transit. A refund cannot and will not be issued until the item is returned to freshurbanwear in perfect condition including box, tags, obviously not worn, damaged, tattered or used in any way that would inhibit the ability to resell the item.
Prior to any return or exchange being granted the buyer must Contact Us with information regarding the exchange fee.
- freshurbanwear.com offer refunds on any products purchased. Exchanges can be made on defective or damaged merchandise, we do not offer color or style exchanges see below.
- Acceptable reasons for an exchange: factory defect, wrong color/size was sent or any mistake made on the part of freshurbanwear.com.
- Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: colors are darker/lighter than pictured, item had minor color differences from the picture, I would rather have a different item.
- Customers are required to email us within 3 days of receiving their products if they need to make an exchange.
- If the error is not made on the part of freshurbanwear?, the customer is responsible for a $35 restocking fee per item.
- If you refuse the arrival of your package, you will not receive your money back because the product will not come back to us. No further explanation or negotiations in regard to this matter.
- All clothing items should be hand washed ONLY! We do not accept returns for clothing damaged because of washing. Please use discretion.
- All sales are final - ask any questions you have before ordering to limit and prevent any problems.
